Amos Sensei goes live on Zoom twice a week, Wednesdays and Saturdays.
After seeing Bruce Lee on TV in 1973, Richard Amos knew that martial arts was for him. Taking it further than most, Richard embraced the life of a Shotokan Karate practitioner. After becoming a member of the England karate team in his late teens and early twenties, he headed to Tokyo (via New York City) to train and was accepted into the official JKA instructors course that he completed and went on to become a full-time instructor at the Japan Karate Association Headquarters. 11 years later, in 2000, he was back in New York as the Chief Instructor of the World Traditional Karate Organization and has continued teaching local and international students of all ages and levels ever since. He travels monthly for international seminars, and during Covid he has discovered the power of online classes.
Randori SKC are proud to host, and welcome you all to come and train with, Paolo Bolaffio Sensei, 9th Dan.

Join us for an exciting and dynamic seminar led by Coach Marek Niemiec and Sensei Marek Mroszczyk, where two distinct martial arts disciplines—wrestling and Jukado Kempo—will come together for a unique cross-training experience.
This seminar will delve into the wrestling perspective on karate techniques, offering a fresh look at how grappling and takedowns can complement and enhance traditional striking arts. Participants will learn how wrestling techniques can be integrated into karate for effective self-defense and combat strategy.
Additionally, the Jukado Kempo portion will focus on ground solutions, teaching practical techniques for escaping from the floor and turning the tables in situations where you find yourself on your back. You'll gain valuable insights into how Kempo can address ground defense and position control.
The event will be held in a fully matted gym, providing a safe and comfortable space for all attendees to practice and refine their skills. This seminar is open to martial artists of all levels and backgrounds—whether you're a seasoned practitioner or just beginning your journey, you'll find valuable lessons and techniques to take your martial arts practice to the next level.
